Question about working out. ?

Ok. So I'm 14 and was looking into working out my upper and lower body. My upper for baseball (to get a faster more powerful swing) and for basketball (to increase my hops). If you know what specific muscles I need to target for these specific things or certain exercises (weightlifting stretching) I can do I would greatly appreciate it thanks in advanced sebastian.
