Should I apologize for this or should I just pretend it never happened?

I hate the pharmacist that works at the local drugstore, she is a rude loudmouth overweight ugly little hag that gave me poor feedback,(out of jealousy, her fiance came by and I flirted with him, I even tried to arrange a date but the little b*tch cut me off). So when I saw her jogging in the park I stuck my foot out and tripped her. She fell to the ground scraped her knee tore her outfit and bruised her hands badly. She was crying like a pathetic child, and her pathetic little boy fiance was too dumb to help her up. Should I say sorry for flirting with her fiance, he was a loser and I am sorry I even bothered wasting time on him(the sex wasn't even that good).
