USB device over current stats detected system will shutdown in 15 seconds ?

I just got a new m4n68t-m v2 and it keeps saying that I tried a keyboard and I have brand-new ram witch is compatible with the mother board I switched hardrives what's causing the prolbem it did this on my old motherboard too
