Block cigarette smoke from my patio?

I live in an apartment complex and the wretched sea hag next door is constantly smoking on her patio. Whatever except the funk comes right through my back door and I absolutely despise it! I've been thinking of ways to block it. Maybe with screening or with thick plants/trees. Don't get all human rights stupid on me just share a good idea if you have one.
