Do i have hag dreams?

Ok,so ever since i was a kid,about 8 years old,i kept freezing up and not being able to talk or move,this happened every night,then i noticed that it only happens when i am on my back,when i started to sleep on my side it stopped.When i turned 13,it started again,when i slept on my side,i would not be able to move or talk,but i never opened my eyed because i felt like someone was over me,so far it only happened 2 times on my side.I searched up 'hag dreams' and it all goes with what i have,and my great grandmother had hag dreams to.Is there a way to stop this?
