Does a person who owns a building also own the parking slots surrounding building?

I work at a salon and salon owner likes us to park in back so our clients can park in front, however, the owner of the building behind us who also owns the salon building, told me she dosent want me parking in the back because she dosen't like the way i park (just being a old hag). Does she have that right to tell me i cant park back there?
