Does witch hazel with 14 percent natural grain alcohol work for acne ?

I have heard that witch hazel helps oily skin.But I'm not sure which one helps.So today I went out and bought one.The brand is Dickinson's original witch hazel.Its says oil free and 100 percent natural.
