A girl at school (me ex best friend) is trying to tak all my friends from me...?

my ex best friend is trying to take all my new friend witch i love very much away for herself cause she has no friends. i am nt scared that that will happen but it really bugs me. i dont want to be mean or b*tchy or anything but who do i tell her to back off??
