All you can do really is appeal to the landlord again ,if enough of you complain the landlord would surely have to do something. Tell him/her you're not happy, I'd hide the remote lol. seriously save your money and move you don't need to live with this situation. Perhaps you can report her she sounds a witch but you need to solve it for once and for all.
