Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) confusion?

You also have to know Black Butler Season 2 is completely made-up. Totally non-canon. The studio just did it for the hell of it so some things don't click in as nice as you want them too. The manga is still ongoing but they wanted to milk as much from the anime as they could so they came up with this completely non-relevant spinoff.
