I don't know what you're spiritual beliefs are, but if I were you, I'd be thinking about whether God wants me to have this horse or not. God does send signs. He closes doors and opens others, and its up to us to decipher His will in this chaotic world. I have generally seen that He lights the path He wants me to take and He puts warning signs where I shouldn't go. Look for a different horse and pray on it.
