Why italian, portuguese players look more arabs?

The location of both of the countries has a lot to do with it. They really have close to the same climate, so that probably plays a part in the way that they look. Portuguese look more like Arabs because Portugal was invaded by Arabs in the 13th century A.D. and I'm sure that they must have reproduced and left their mark in Portugal, even after they left.
