Why would a gay shop sell a t-shirt that says "F@g Hag"? Isn't that derogatory and insulting?

"Fag Hag" is a slang term that's used for a woman who likes to spend time with homosexual men, or has romantic interest in them. Whether someone takes it as a compliment, or something positive I have no idea.
