Mental health ..how do I access help for my son..I cant look after him?

My son has Schizo affected disorder, He has beeen in detained in hospital 6 times ,he has had the disorder since he was 20 he is now 32 ..I have tried my best to look after him ..I feel the NHS and Cpn dont listen or support him as each episode he has had I have given them plenty of notice that things are;nt right ...every episode is awful.. he hates me ,,I;ve dragged him up..I,m a hag ..I,m a witch,,,the things he comes out with are heartbreaking..I,m exhausted by it all...He comes from a tight family unit..good upbringing .good education etc..My youngest daughter is pregnant with my first grandchild, and I,m so scared the stress is to much for her...I want to make alternate care for my son ..but what is on offer? he has been in hospital 7 weeks so far and to me has deteriated to the point he has begun to be very aggresive towards me ..I live him so much ..but I dont feel I can go on
